Public Television Outsourcing Cost/Benefit Calculator

One of the most frequently accessed features of our website has been a free calculator to assist public television broadcasters with evaluating costs/benefits associated with the former CPB (Corporation for Public Broadcasting) Healthy Networks Grant initiative.

Visitors to this website have regularly accessed our associated cost/benefit calculator to help evaluate their outsourcing options. Although CPB shut down in September, 2025, there appears to be continued interest among broadcasters in evaluating outsourcing options.

As a service to our public broadcasting colleagues, therefore, we are pleased to make the calculator freely available for as long as this website remains active.
